Please note that there is a 100.00 USD cleaning fee for stays less than 3 nights to be charged and collected by Wood Winds. The check-in office is located at: 300 North Main Street, Breckenridge, CO, 80424. Check in time is after 4pm on the day of arrival. Guests must have a photo id and a credit card for a security deposit. Guest must be 23 years of age or older at the time of reservation. Please contact our office at 970-453-0458 to make arrangements for a late check in.
