Each unit has a master bath w/ jacuzzi and seperate shower as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes are not allowed on property. There is a limit of 2 cars. There will also be a cleaning fee charged upon booking. PETS NOT ALLOWED. All units are non-smoking except on the balcony if applicable. Please note that If necessary, a smoke removal fee may be charged to the guest. Please check in at the Meyer Real Estate Office at 25241 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach. The office is open from 8am-8pm daily. Check-in begins at 3pm. Pets not allowed. To check in after 8 pm, please go to the Gulf Shores office at 1585 Gulf Shores Pkwy Hwy. 59, which is open 24 hours. The Orange Beach office hours are extended until 10 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
